Usage & Telemetry Data: Browser environment, timestamps of user access, IP logs, and system error telemetry for maintaining system health.

We process collected data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain continuous access to school ERP modules.
To transmit mission-critical alerts, fee receipts, and updates to parents and faculty.
To deliver dedicated customer support and proactive troubleshooting.
To detect anomalies, prevent fraudulent activities, and maintain server uptime.

03 Data Security & Encryption

EDOOS follows bank-grade security protocols to safeguard all institutional and student records.

Security Guarantee:

All sensitive student data, fee transactions, and marks records are encrypted using AES-256 both at rest and in transit via TLS 1.3.

04 Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade student, teacher, or parent data to third parties. We do not use child records for behavioural tracking or targeted advertisements.

Data transmission is strictly limited to authorized third-party infrastructure providers necessary to run the software (such as SMS/WhatsApp gateway providers and RBI-approved payment processors).

05 Data Retention & Rights

Educational institutions own and retain full custody of their uploaded data. Institutions may request comprehensive backups, record exports, or data deletion in compliance with applicable education and data privacy laws.
